Returns & Replacement

We want you to feel confident about your Aeronix purchase. If you experience an issue with your mattress that falls under our warranty coverage, or if you are not satisfied within the applicable trial period:

  1. Email us at rahul@aeronixindia.com with your order details.

  2. Attach photographs or a short video of the issue (for quicker claim processing).

  3. Our team will review your claim, arrange inspection if required, and assist with replacement or refund as per policy.

Please ensure the mattress is in clean and hygienic condition at the time of return.
