This dual comfort memory foam mattress warranty covers only the following items under normal usage:

Wear and tear of the mattress noticed at the time of delivery

Undulations in the mattress surface

Shrinkage of mattress thickness by more than 20%
Covered in Warranty

10-year manufacturer warranty on the product
Not Covered in Warranty
The warranty does not cover items not expressly listed above, such as (but not limited to):

Sagging in the mattress that measures less than 20% of its original thickness

Comfort preference
-
Damage due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect handling

Mattress fabric issues including stains, soiling, fluid penetration, tears, or burns
-
Damage caused by the use of an incorrect bed frame
-
Unauthorized service during the warranty period

Normal body impressions over time

Returns & Replacement
We want you to feel confident about your Aeronix purchase. If you experience an issue with your mattress that falls under our warranty coverage, or if you are not satisfied within the applicable trial period:

Attach photographs or a short video of the issue (for quicker claim processing).

Our team will review your claim, arrange inspection if required, and assist with replacement or refund as per policy.
Please ensure the mattress is in clean and hygienic condition at the time of return.
